Product Guarantee & Exchange Policy


WARRANTY (FOR SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA)
We are offering everyone a 30-day guarantee for the purchase of our Wobblet. If you have received a defective or damaged product, we are so sorry. Please contact us at info@the-wobblet.com - we are here for you! Upon confirmation of product defect, we will process your exchange within 30 business days of your purchase. If you opt for a refund, we will process it by sending you a store voucher. If your returned item has signs of normal wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange or refund. Note that we do not offer returns for the Wobblet. 

EXCHANGE (FOR SINGAPORE ONLY)
We understand that you may have a change of mind about your choice of product colours. We therefore allow exchanges of the product colours (i.e. Wobblet's microsuede cover) within 3 days of your purchase, provided there is available stock of your desired colour. Products purchased during a sale or a promotional campaign do not qualify for any exchange. For us to facilitate an exchange, there must be no damage to the product, including liquid spillages or any fabric damage. Items must not have been washed or altered in any way. Return delivery fees would be the responsibility of the buyer.
